If you think we hold information that should be published on this page and is not, email us with "STAIRs review" in the subject line, or ask your managing agent to pass your request to us. We will review it and reply within 30 calendar days. If you are unhappy with our reply you can contact the Housing Ombudsman Service.
From 1 April 2027
From 1 April 2027 you will be able to ask us for information about your home and our services that is not published here. We will explain how to do this on this page before then.
